Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
