Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Lakeside Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Buffalo. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 997 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
