Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Sparrow Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Buffalo. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
