Harborlight West Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports.
