Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Boston, MA)

Nova Pike Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Boston, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 405 people based in Boston. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
