Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Boise with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
