Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Keystone Energy Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • PMP or CAPM certification.
