Greenridge Thistle Pharma is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical studies. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
