Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Thistle Medical designs and makes medical devices in Baltimore. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
