Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Baltimore with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
