Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Vale Medical designs and makes medical devices in Baltimore, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving complaint handling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
