Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Drift Health Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
