Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Stonegate Quarry Freight Partners is a Baltimore logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
