Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vista Community Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
