Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Austin, TX)

Ironwood Ember Medical designs and makes medical devices in Austin. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Austin. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
