Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Granite Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
