Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Linden Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
