Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield North Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
