Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Thistle Auto Group is a Atlanta company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
