Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Atlanta, GA)

Lumen Oak Hospitality is a hospitality company in Atlanta with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
