Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Atlanta, GA)

Bluepeak Linden Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Atlanta, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service complaints. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
