Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Ivory Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
