Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Anchorage. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 658 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
