Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Birch Legal Group provides legal services in Anchorage across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
