Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Foxglove Forge Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
