Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Haven Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
