Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Fernwood Linden Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Anchorage area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
