Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Westbrook Union Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Anchorage. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
