Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Quill Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
