Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Health is a healthcare provider in Albuquerque with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
