Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Basin Facilities Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer sites. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
