Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Cedar Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts.
