Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Wren Inspection Services is an inspection company in Albuquerque with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
