Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark West Care Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • PMP or CAPM certification.
