Project Coordinator - exhibitions and public programmes (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Mill Arts Center is a small gallery and workshop space in Baltimore with about 20 staff and dozens of artists. We are hiring a part-time project coordinator to keep our exhibitions and public programmes on track. What you will do • Manage schedules for installations, openings and workshops. • Coordinate artists, volunteers and contractors and keep everyone informed. • Track budgets and grant reporting requirements. What we are looking for • Two or more years of project coordination in arts, events or community work. • Organised, warm and happy to help hang a show when needed. Part-time, about 20 hours a week, on site in Baltimore, including some evenings and weekends.
