Project Coordinator - clinical study sites (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Thistle Pharma supports clinical trials with scheduling and tracking software, and we run a small team that helps study sites get up and running. We are hiring a full-time project coordinator in Las Vegas. What you will do • Coordinate site start-up: contracts, training dates, equipment and software access. • Keep a shared tracker of milestones and chase teams that are falling behind. • Prepare weekly status updates for project managers and sponsors. What we are looking for • Two or more years coordinating projects, ideally in life sciences or healthcare. • Very organised and comfortable writing brief, clear emails. Full-time and on site in Las Vegas, with occasional travel to study sites.
