Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Cross Hospitality Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
