Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Granite Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Wichita. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
