Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Wichita, KS)

Summit Forge Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Wichita working with agencies and riders, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 618 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
