Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Harbor Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Virginia Beach, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
