Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Cedar Maple Manufacturing is a Virginia Beach manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 313 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders.
