Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Rook Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Virginia Beach region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
