Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Foxglove Timber Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
