Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge Rook Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Virginia Beach region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
