Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Cedar Timber Auto Group is a Virginia Beach company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
