Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Fernwood Basin Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Virginia Beach with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
