Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Timber Housing manages affordable housing communities across Tulsa. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
