Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Bright Field Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Tucson, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving waiting lists. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
