Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Toledo, OH)

Cedar Ashton Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Toledo with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
