Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Sable Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Toledo, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
